Originally from the peaks of the Rocky Mountains, Andres Sanchez received his Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the Metropolitan State College of Denver, while on full academic scholarship.  Upon graduation he selected Baylor University’s School of Law due to their reputation as the finest litigation-focused law school.  While attending, Mr. Sanchez received the coveted Dean's Achievement Scholarship, was elected president of the Minority Law Association and subsequently founded and was elected the first president of the Diversity in Law Association.  While in school he clerked for the personal injury firm of Montez, Williams and Baird as well as for the local Federal IV-D court.  He received his Juris Doctor degree in 2004 and relocated to San Francisco in 2005.

Upon arrival in San Francisco, Mr. Sanchez clerked for the Real Estate firm of Zanghi Torres Arshawski LLP. He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2005 and thereafter opened the Law Offices of Andres Sanchez to provide legal assistance to property owners/managers in the most pro-tenant jurisdiction in the United States. After five years of solo practice Mr. Sanchez became of counsel to M C Hall & Associates, one of the most respected real estate law firms in the San Francisco/Bay Area. He is also a writer for the San Francisco Examiner, specializing in real estate issues.

Andres Sanchez is involved with various community improvement projects in the Civic Center/Tenderloin neighborhood of San Francisco and also volunteers with City Impact – a community ministry providing education to children and outreach to elderly/disabled residents in the Civic Center/Tenderloin neighborhood. He is also involved with Adam’s Fund – a charity run by the Animal Hospital of Cotati providing medical care to feral and abandoned animals.
